STAG Capital Partners proactively acquires and manages single-tenant, net leased real estate assets purchased through 3rd party transactions and corporate sale-leasebacks.

Tenants in these properties include private equity sponsored companies and both investment and sub-investment grade corporations from all across the US. Property types include warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, flex, and office buildings and range in price from $4 - $50 million.

In addition to buying 3rd party assets, STAG also specializes in providing liquidity to corporate real estate owners through sale-leaseback transactions. We help companies unlock capital bound by real estate ownership while allowing them to retain operating control of the property. The sale-leaseback gives corporations the ability to monetize assets at low cost of capital. In addition, the sale-leaseback can be used as an alternative source of financing for private equity transactions, leveraged buyouts, management buyouts, mergers and acquisition, or recapitalizations. Proceeds can be employed for strategic, growth oriented projects or used to pay down existing debt to satisfy rating agencies and creditors.
